Hi Dr. Herrick. I Had A Lip Lift 6 Weeks

Hi Dr. Herrick. I had a lip lift 6 weeks ago, internal disolvable stitches and regular stitching on surface, they were removed 6 days post op. My whole stitch line is very red and inflamed up to a cm of the surrounding area of the whole incision. Is there anything I can do to accelerate the stitches to dissolve. I believe I am having a reaction to them.
