Hi Dr.
Hi had a laparotomy 3 weeks ago. Removed ovarian cyst of 10 x 9 cm. Complications followed the next day. ( blood pressure dropped 57/35, nauseas and rapid pulse 160). Blood results. Red cell count low 6.1. Bleed internally. Rushed back to theatre. One of the internal stitches came loose. Had platelet and blood transfusion. Spent 9 days in hospital (3 days in ICU.

Still feeling very weak and tired. Is this normal. What is the reason for being tired if blood counts are back to normal? How long before i get my energy back?
