Hi Dr. I Have slight tremor in hy right hand not so severe I can do all my household chores without any difficulty. the tremor is there mostly when I am doing nothing. My cholesterol is on the higher side.. Dr. Here have advised me nexito plus and Pacetave what do you think i have parkinsons or alzheimers ? Please help?
