Hi Dr.,
I am 35 years old now got married 6 years ago and have a 5 years old daughter. It was the normal consumption and delivery was also normal. I am trying to get pregnant for second baby for the last couple of years and it wasn't happened. Then the GYN has identified the adenomyosis uterus and the ademyosis reduction done by using laparoscopy 4 months ago. I have done my first IUI last month, but after 33 days i got my periods. Can you give me the suggestions/prescribe any medicines atleast to make the second IUI successful.
