Hi Dr, I Am A 47 Year Old Black African

Hi Dr,
I am a 47 year old black African woman who is trying to conceive. My uteres and ovaries seem fine after a scan was done. I had a anti mullerian hormone test results today which confirmed that I was infertile with an a below traceable level of 0.01%. I have two children one who is 19 hrs and another who is 11years old. I have been having rather heavy but irregular menses. The last period started last week. My Doc has started me on ovacare and 'whilst he studies my case some more'. What is your opinion on my case.
