Hi Dr. I Am On Chemotherapy Now, I'm 42 Yrs

Hi Dr. I am on chemotherapy now, I'm 42 yrs old lady, diagnosed with breast and lymph nodes cancer last march. Done with my operation, & my last chemo is mid September. The last two session came with a severe diarrhea lasted for almost 8 days each session. Had my chemo yesterday , after a week full of fatty food, sweets, Alcohol intake which is not my norm. So my ALT jumped from 50 to 220.
AST is 144. My Dr. Wondered if I had any food poisoning but it was hard to answer cus diharrea is my norm with Texotere. No fever , hot flushes, fatigue is only 10 days afterchemo. And he think it's Hepatitis A
And I started to take Legalon 140
Any advice to make sure it is Hepatitis ???
