Hi Dr, I Felt My Abdominal Size Is Increasing Without

Hi Dr, I felt my abdominal size is increasing without any reason about 6weeks back. And I was suffering from a lower abdomen pain in my lower abdomen mainly in left side and sometimes on the lower right side for few months. I get my periods very regularly and I have two kids. Now my abdominal area has become quite big in size Bt I. have lost my appetite for about few months. If I eat a little I feel so full in my tummy and I have a back pain too. Also I feel so tired and difficult to bend down. Since I feel my tummy became enlarge in size, I took an ultrasound scan and diagnosed with a cist on my right ovary. Dr wanted me to do a TV scan on my 5th day of my cycle and gave me Primolut N. It's 2 days NW after I stopped the medicine(21 tablets for 7 days). I'm wondering whether I have a ovarian cancer. Dr. Please advise me. Thanks
