Hi Dr. I Had Pain In My Lower Part Of

Hi Dr. I had pain in my lower part of my tummy sometimes in Octouber for a month. After 1 and a half months it disapeared. In march I started to have a pain again and started getting first light spots after my period and now the light spots turning to kind of dark spots and again I have a pain in my lower abdomen. I wash myself each time so I know is not hygiene problem. Please help Dr.
