Hi Dr, I Have Been Doing Masturbation From My Teen

Hi Dr,

I have been doing masturbation from my teen age.i was doing good but for about few weeks i am unable to masturbate with good mood and my sperm is not coming properly i.e i am evacuating less liquid and sometimes my penis not erecting properly because of this worry thought i guess.

i am not sure may be i am watching the same porn videos to masturbate or due to these excessive masturbation i have become like this???

i wonder what happened to me ??? :-(
