Hi Dr, I Have Noticed A Fresh Pink Blood Show

Hi Dr, I have noticed a fresh pink blood show coming from the vaginal three times in the last month.
It maybe coming when I strain from bowel motions but it definitely not coming from the anus area. I have had severe pain at the onset but not every time. Early last month I had a cystoscope into my bladder the results that came back clear.
I have had a hysterectomy some twenty years ago.
My kidneys have come back with clear results but occasionally I have protein in my urine.
