Hi , Dr I Have Pcos Problem My Dr Prescribed

Hi , Dr I have pcos problem my dr prescribed me glycomat and folic acid I was taken that.but this month I have late 20 days my periods after pregency test I got negative result. My dr also done fullicular study and told me.it's negative and again prescribed same medicine glycomat and folvite to continue. But I have some pregency symptom. But i am literally confused what can i do? Will i wait some days or will take medcine if I take medicine is it safe for pregency? Plz dr help me.
