Hi Dr. I have these tiny red spots (not itchy, bumpy (raised) nor painful) on my arms and legs. They seems to be turning brown and are becoming freckles. I'm not a very freckly person. I've had a few all my life but nothing like this! They are really increasing fast now. What's the deal with this? Thanks.
