Hi Dr! I Have Used Topisal S 3% Very Sparingly

Hi Dr! I have used topisal s 3% very sparingly once or twice a week on my elbows for psoriasis...I am pregnant n just realized that maybe I wasn't supposed to be using it.. What can b the side effects on the baby...I m in my second trimester... All tests n growth ultrasounds have been normal... I also have gestational diabetes which is under control through insulin...Pls advise... Thanks
