Hi Dr, I Just Had My Results And Not Seeing

Hi Dr, I just had my results and not seeing my Dr until next week and wondering if you can help me in explaining if everything is normal or not? I have been trying to have a baby for 3 years now.

the report is saying "normal size and shape of the uterus with no evidence of filling defects or contour irregularity seen

both fallopian tubes are patent of normal caliber and eliciting free spill during injection

good peritoneal smearing is seen in the 20 minutes control film"
