Hi Dr, I Just Returned From Overseas And My Ears

Hi Dr, I just returned from overseas and my ears are now clogged. Normally, within hours of my flight, this problem will settle down by it self, but this time around its been 3 days and the situation is still not recovering, I believe this is due to change in pressure. Could you recommend some medication which could help address this situation?
