Hi Dr. I was wandering if i should visit w my general practitioner i am a 46 yr old female and have had ongoing pain in my right upper back close to the spine i noticed tonight there's a bulge there the pain is intermittent but gets worse with daily activities i have never had chronic pain issues or problems w my back before thought it may be a strained muscle but has been going on for months now
