Hi Dr. I'm a 49 year old male that had carpel tunnel surgery in may since then I've gotten trigger fingers in both hands,never had this pproblem before. And my thumb on my opposite hand is very bad with the trigger symptoms, very painful. Any suggestions for some relieving the pain. Maybe oral meds
