Hi Dr. Im Experiencing An Odd Pain In My Left

Hi Dr. Im experiencing an odd pain in my left breast that gradually became more painful within the past two weeks. There is a particular spot that I palpate and its painful like a bruise, also not my nipples are sensitive, tender, like when I remove my bra. I have done a given myself a breast exam by feeling around the breast and in that particular spot that is painful it does feel like a bump but not as specific as they describe like a "peanut". Im starting to worry as my nipples are getting more sensitive to the touch. And I am only 24 years old. Is this an issue I should take immediately to the emergency room? or what for an appointment to be made
