From few months i have a problem about motion in the morning its not free and every time its not clear in stomach i mean i didn't feel emty stomach after motion usually i cant go toilet in the mng because of this problem i can't feel to go in mng in evrytime i didnt feel free after motion
When i had my food with varieties of chicken after eating i need to go washroom
Could u suggest me to go free motion
