Hi Dr. I'm paras I'm suffering from diabetes type 1 and which is diagnosed on 31st of December, 2015. I'm in trouble because it was fluctuating and i got admitted in hospital for 10 days at that time it was near to control level but now i don't know I'm in confused b/w two insulins. I was using mixtard but my dr. Didn't tell me how to use a novo pen with mixtard .. afterwards I came to know from another Dr. That how to use a pen that shake it before use. And today i came to know from an expert that if u injecting mixtard than eat ur diet after half an hour but when i went to Dr. Gurpreet singh a well qualified and experienced doctor. Who suggested me to take insulin before every meal of actrapid everyday plus lantus injection of 15 units.. now i don't know what to do please advice me and these four injections are bit difficult to handle ...
