Hi, Dr Kumar I Took Clarithromycin 500 Mg For 10

Hi, Dr Kumar i took Clarithromycin 500 mg for 10 days and Methylprednisolone 4mg for 6 days. About a month later i got achillies tendonitist in right heal and after 4 weeks started to heal and now all tendons in back of legs, elbows,neck, feet,hips, and shoulders have been aching like crazy since about begining of December 2016 until now?? Went to see my doctor took blood test and she said i was very low in vitamin D and deficient in B12. I have taken 1 shot of B12 per week for a month and and 50,000 IEU of D2 for amonth but all joints are aching still. Advil seems to help reduce aching pain but it come right back. Never had joint pain before? All came at once as well as fatigue in these areas if moving around alot. It has been 2 months now.
