Hi Dr Malpani,

I have been trying to get pregnant for 2 years. Extremely painful periods, but not heavy bleeding. Pain having sex during ovulation, to the point where we can no longer have intercourse during this time and now I have started lactating but am not pregnant. My vision got bad and I have been told I have severe dry eye syndrome.

Any ideas on the cause? I have PCOS diagnosed from an USS.
