My Dad is 72 years old.he was diagnosed as a diabetic patient (type 2) 2 weeks ago.
his abdominal ultrasonography showed:
1-Mildly Enlarged fatty liver grade 2
2-very early splenomegaly
3-colitis
4-solitary right renal cyst
5-2 left renal cysts
6-Bosniak grade 1
What do you suggest ?? i am very worry about him
