Hi Dr... My HSG Report Is Good... But Cyst On

Hi Dr...
My HSG report is good... but cyst on left ovary 3mm size... and it is cleared doing laparoscopy but still slow spill on left side fallopian tube...right everything is normal... last IUI is done but neg...during that cycle my follicle was in right there r many follicles but in last ultrasound on day 19th only one follicle size is 28mm...
This cycle I have follicles in left, on 15 day size 29mm, 21mm, this cycle is natural but its ruptured on 17th day... this time natural my advice me to have contact on 18/4, 19/4, 20/4, to this we had contact on 19th early mroning wen I work up at 7am I had pain on my left side of my stomach.... if it gets into the egg even I may get this pain,?
