Hi Dr., My Baby Is 8 Months Old And Having

Hi Dr.,

My baby is 8 months old and having cough and cold(watery).
Please help me as she is not taking food or milk from last 3 days.
Details of the medicines given is mentioned below
Kofarest syrup 8 drops 3 times a day for 7 days
Nasivion drops 1 drop 3 times a day for 3 days
clamp syrup 2.5 ml 3 times a day for 12 days. I have not used clamp syrups as of now and other medicines are given to her on him.

Please advice some home remedies to deal with cough and cold and also advice whether the above mentioned treatment is ok for baby or not
