My is at her 37. since last 7 months she is having irregular periods and bleeds for 6 days as usual. The ultrasound showed a ovarian cyst when scanned in last April but it disappeared when checked last month. She is having antiverted bulcky uterus. She is taking pills to regularize her periods and iron supplement since she is anemic. How this bulky uterus can be treated? Her hemoglobin is 7.2. Anything alarming?
