Hi Dr.
My wife is 34 years old and I am 36. We have been married for nearly 4 years now. We had 3 failed IUI's.
This is our first ICSI. The menses were on 12 Nov. She was given the suprefact nasal spray and Menopur 375 iu (4 nos) & Menopur 450 iu (3 nos). Also Menopur 300 iu ( 1no) on the day of trigger.
They retrieved 8 eggs out of which Dr. said that 6 mature eggs fertilised. EC was on 25 nov (day 14).
We were called on 28 nov for ET. Out of 6 fertilised eggs, 3 were grade 1 embryos....the dr. transfered all 3. My wife had a full bladder during ET. The embryologist even mentioned that it was all excellent....right from EC, sperm wash, fertlization and the ET. It is 9 days post ET....there are no signs of pregnancy....she is taking all the medicine prescribed by the dr. (some vaginal inserts and the tablets).....My wife is getting tensed as the days are passing.
