Hi Dr. Renne. My question is concerning a 70 yr old male with type 2 diabetes with 30% kidney function, and high blood pressure. Today he wasn't feeling good, some body aches, and he had an overall feeling of heaviness. His head and stomach felt heavy. He was a little disoriented in his surroundings and couldn't remember if he took his morning mess 30 minutes after he took them. Should he be seen by his primary care giver and is this an emergent situation?
