Hi Dr. Rynne,

For the past 2 days, I have developed a tiny bump on my bottom lip after having what seems to be a slight allergic reaction to something I've either eaten or touched. The bottom lip is currently a bit swollen and hurts to the touch. There is also a burning feeling if I like my bottom lip with my tongue, almost as if I had scalded it.

Do you know if this will go away on its own or should I go see a doctor?
