Hi Dr Rynne,
I am currently 6 months into my carbimazole treatment for Graves disease. I'm now on 5 mg daily and started on 20 mg. I have been told to stay on the 5 mg for another 6 months.
I have put on quite a bit of weight despite eating clean and exercising weekly a minimum of three times per week... Will i eventually manage to lose that extra weight once treatment is completed ? I am usually slim and have always had a stable weight.
