Hi Dr. Rynne, I Am Taking Effexor XR 37.5 Mg.

Hi Dr. Rynne, I am taking Effexor XR 37.5 mg. I started 2 weeks ago. I was on this before for roughly 5 months and it did help with anxiety. However, since I've started this time, I've noticed an increase in depression. I had the other normal side effects, but those have gone away now. Is this a normal part of starting an anti-depressant? My physician recommended sticking it out to the 4 week period, as that is when efficacy is determined.
