Hi Dr. Rynne, I Have A Sharp Pain In My

Hi Dr. Rynne, I have a sharp pain in my calf that usually happens when I run for a long time but I haven't been running and its hurting. Its in the back of my calf to my ankle and its stopping me from walking. What do I do? I haven't had shin splints and I just had an x ray so I'm not sure what's going on.
