Hi Dr Rynne, I Recently Feel There Are Something On

Hi Dr Rynne, I recently feel there are something on back if my throat near the passage from the nose. I have cough out some small white or yellowish lumps, with bad smell. I suspect they are something like tonsil stones, except they seem to be from deeper or back of my throat, not from tonsil area. Can you tell if this is something different from tonsil stone? Thanks
