Hi Dr. Rynne

I recently took lab work and been diagnosed with Type 2 DM. I also had a GFR lab work done that indicated I have stage 3 ckd. My doc entered that I have acute kidney injury. Should I be concern? Acute kidney injury and Chronic kidney disease are still not good diagnosis but to me these two tell me different things based on the diagnosis. Please help!
