Hi Dr Rynne, I'm A 35yo Woman. For The Past

Hi Dr Rynne, I'm a 35yo woman. For the past three weeks I have not been able to urinate without pain or pass a bowel movement without severe cramping, convulsing and my legs shaking really violently. My doctors have no idea what could be causing it. I'm on pain relief and anti-spasmodic meds and Ural and Movical to help relieve the acidity in my urine and help the bowels along. When I do finally manage a bowel movement I normally have had to resort to lying down or squatting over a bowel or bedpan, as this position somehow relieves the leg spasms I get when sitting upright on a toilet. Have you ever cone across these symptoms before and could you please help me? I am in so much distress I have wanted to be euthanized. Thank you for your time.
