Hi Dr. Rynne, Once in a while I get a muscle cramp around my stomach area, right under my left lung that is painful, buldges for a moment and then subsides after a few seconds. I am very active but have been diagnosed with a hyadal hernia during my pregnancy and after. But it has hasn't acted up in years.
