Hi, Dr. Rynne. Thank You For Willing To Answer My

Hi, Dr. Rynne. Thank you for willing to answer my questions. In the last couple years, I can only sleep 4 or five hours during the night and feel tired in the morning. But the 4-5 hours sleep is normally of good quality. Then I have to take two short naps --30 minutes or more-during the day to make up the lost sleep during the night. This interferes seriously with my life style during the day. I am 80 years old. Does my age have anything to do with the change of sleep pattern?
Is there anything I can do to lengthen the sleep period at night? Does excercise helps? What time of the day should I excercise? Another symptom I should mention is that I get up three times at night to go to the bathroom to empty my bladder. That also interferes with the quality of sleep.
I appreciate it very much if you can enlighten me on these concerns. These symptoms bother me emmensely.
Thank you very much.
