Wondering if you can help.

I have right side sciatica from hip flexor down to foot. Is it possible for pain transfer to go upwards to the pec area, shoulder and arm? This happened on Tuesday and I have never had sciatica before.

It happened after I got back from a 10k run - I had run up a 1km hill which is pretty steep.

In addition, I suffer from anxiety and depression having tapered from 10mg Cipralex daily over 3 months and have since been off it for a month.
