Hi Dr. Rynne, When I Try To Push My Hair

Hi Dr. Rynne, when I try to push my hair back, there's like a line of hair which won't go back no matter what I do. So, I shave it off every time but it's not subtle at all and everyone can see that I shaved it. Is there any other way to tackle this problem?
