Hi Dr. I Have A Polyp In My Nose Since

Hi Dr. i have a polyp in my nose since many years. I cant smell anything. 2 years back I had an operation done. Temporarily i benefitted. After 3 months it started again. I cant breathe without a nasal spray. I am using otrivin drops many a times in a day. please tell me how to get rid of the problem permanantly. Thanks.
