Hi Dr. My Father Is Suffering From Fever N It's

Hi Dr. my father is suffering from fever n it's been a month now family Dr suggested to do a blood test every time we have test TLC increases earlier it was 12000 but now it's 20800. He is also facing weakness , and temperature some times goes to 99' and sometimes 98.7'. It's been a long time , since one month he is taking antibiotics continously . Please advice what should we do, any more rest is required? Please help me Dr I am very worried...
