I m 6 we 3d pregnancy. I had previous miscarage 3 months ago . My last period 11.nov.

I did HCG level and found 2140 and 2 days later it dropped to 1513.

Is that mean miscarage or there is chance to continue pregnancy

I m tired from wiring every couple of day for test
