Hi, Early This Evening I Had A Particularly Violent Episode

Hi,
Early this evening I had a particularly violent episode of vomiting (I'm 13 weeks pregnant and morning sickness has been incredibly bad).
I know have a feeling of a lump in my throat which is irritating particularly when I swallow. What has caused this and what can I do to get rid of it?
I'm very concerned as I know I'll be sick again tomorrow and I don't want to cause further damage.
