Hi, Eight days ago I received oral sex (did not give) with someone who's sexual history is unknown to me. Today I noticed a yellow-ish discharge coming from the tip of my penis. I've had gonorrhea once before but I had unprotected anal sex that time. Typically, I would automatically assume that it is an STD, but the last three days I've had very little sleep, eaten very little, and have been taking adderall every day. I read that excessive amphetamine use can sometimes cause a discharge but all the personal accounts I've seen depict a clear, semen-like discharge or leakage. What is the likelihood that I contracted an STI such as gonorrhea or chlamydia?
