Hi. Every Time I Have A Bowel Movement, There Is

Hi. Every time i have a bowel movement, there is this painful, soft bubble-like form that petrudes from my anal, with a little puss and blood accompanying it. Its not a hemoroid-im well familiar with these, and preperation h did not effect it. However, after sitting in a hot bath tub for awhile, it seems to go back up, inside. What cud this be?
