Hi, Few Days Back During Intercourse With My Wife I

Hi,

Few days back during intercourse with my wife I had a severe burning sensation after pulling out my penis and the foreskin got swollen up.
I had applied savlon and neosporin powder in that area,then a steroid skin cream to reduce the irritation.
Please guide.
