Hi! For A Couple Of Months Now, The Bottom Of

Hi! For a couple of months now, the bottom of my middle finger (only) has been dry, but never itchy. Now I'm noticing very small blister-like bumps. They are VERY small. The nurse I work with at the school said it may be mites from my bearded dragon. How would I know? Thank you!
