Hi. For About A Week, I Felt Like I Had

Hi. For about a week, I felt like I had a lump in my throat. I then lost my voice. Went to the dr and was put on zithromax and prednisone for laryngitis. My voice did return, but I then started coughing and have not slept more than 3 hours per night. Dr. put me on Levaquin and Tessalon. The lump went away while on the prednisone, but now that I have tapered off the lump has returned. Should I be worried? I'm still coughing but not as bad since being on the Tessalon. I am a singer and have multiple performances between now and New Years.
