Hi, For My Wife IUI Was Done On 19th Day

Hi, For my wife IUI was done on 19th day of her cycle. On 35th day HPT showed positive. But in ultrasound on 35th day no sac was seen. But excessive free fluid and thickened endometrium were noticed. We are scared now. Kindly clarify if this excess fluid or thickened endometrium will affect her pregnancy.
