Hi For Several Years Now, It Hurts To Wear Tampons.

For several years now, it hurts to wear tampons. I get shooting pains in my lower stomach when i try to sit down or make certain movements, it feels like there is something poking me inside or something. Also, a couple of min/sec before i have to make stool, i feel really painful shooting pains in my uterus, or somewhere in that area.
